   We walk the property with you, note where water goes, what has to stay, what has failed, and what you actually want the space to do — entertaining, low maintenance, curb appeal, or fixing something that has bothered you for years.

   A plan and a written estimate

   You get a clear scope: what is being built, what is being planted, what is being removed, and what it costs — free, and before any commitment.

   Build in the right order

   Grading and drainage first, then hardscape, then soil and plantings, then mulch and finish work. Doing it in that order is why a good landscape still looks right in year five.

   Hand over and maintain

   We show you what was planted and what it needs. If you want it kept up, the same crew can put the property on a maintenance schedule.
